WHAT ARE THE BEST EXERCIZED FOR THE FAT BUT FLABBY GRANDMA ARMS ....I WANT TO GET SLIMMED AND TONED WITHOUT HAVING MY BAT WINGS

For arms you can hold your them out a day for at least 5-10 mins and don't put them down . Do forward arm circles( count to 10) backward arm circles ( 10sec ) hold them straight out to the side (30 sec ) hold them up as if you we're flexing (30 ) hold arms out with blade hands and twist side to side ( 30 ) have hand as a fist and arms up to chest so one could lay on one another going across chest ( ladies you should be able to squeezing your boobs together they...
