Starting exercises up again i slack from time to time

I say start small with exercises you enjoy doing, like 15 minutes with treadmill 3 times a week and increase slowly or at a comfortable pace.

I agree .. Starting back at small things works the best ..treadmill 15 minutes prayer even a 30 minute hike or walk .
