"On Average, it takes a little more than two months before a new behaviour becomes automatic - 66 days to be exact. And how long it takes a new habit to form can vary widely depending on the behaviour, the person, and the circumstances. In 'Lally's study', it took anywhere from 18 days to 254 days for people to form a new habit."

This piece of information has interested me for a while!

When trying to create new habits you must realise it is all mental!
Behaviour, attitude, mentality, focus and the person themselves are all involves in this statistic.

If your focus and determination is strong, as well as your cognitive abilities, it is pretty much a guarantee that you will develop habits much faster.

This all brings me to the following question;

What habits have you had trouble developing lately?

I assume the 18 days refers to time to develop a bad habit and 254 to develop a good habit
