I'm new on here and trying to figure out where to start and go from here. As most of you, I'm wanting to find a way to lose some weight and tone. I'm recently divorced and ready to feel good about myself. If anyone has pointers on where to start I would appreciate it. Thanks!!

It would be good to think about what you want to achieve and have a look at a few YouTube videos on working out (I can recommend a few so you can learn from them and stay motivated). Based on your goals, I can suggest a few workouts to start with or help you create a custom workout for yourself. Good luck

Maybe start with the shorter, simpler bodyweight workouts...
