I just finished my second workout. I've been playing drums regularly for over 20 years so im not in really bad shape but not where I would like to be. Motivation to work out is my hardest issue. How can I overcome that because I want to get in shape to feel better about myself.Thanks folks.

Hello! I've had the same problem, sometimes it's hard staying motivated. Best thing to do is set goals & a schedule. For example say you wanna work out 3x a week. Plan those days and times and just force yourself to stick with it! Keep it up and eventually you will crave more exercise and want to do it more often! Also don't set unrealistic goals, that's my main problem. I work too hard and then hurt myself or get really run down and lose motivation for a week haha. Just some suggestions !
