Along with exercises what kind of diet should I take to stay slim and healthy??

Whole foods, real foods like vegetables, fresh meats, whole grains, rice, fruits, nuts, legumes...

A healthy balance, more vegetables, fewer fats, but fats are important. Chicken is a good protein source.

Avoid liquid calories. Drink water or maybe unsweetened tea/coffee.

Avoid processed food. Avoid added sugars.

Try using the myfitnesspal app to get an idea of your calories and nutrition. Even if you only use it for a few weeks, that can teach you a lot.

Studies show that fewer meats and dairy lowers risk of heart disease and cancers. Think 90% whole plant based foods, and as well, low fat/low refined sugar.
