Welcome all who are new! I am not new to fitness,but due to some minor medical problems, I haven't worked out in over a year, and I am larger just from losing muscle tone. Hardly any weight gain, but my, my, this deconditioned state is terrible! I am doing work outs that are not so strenuous,and slowly feel and see the change...stick to it! Motivation may be hard, but once you begin to notice changes,you will feel exceptionally motivated! Go for it slowly and surely- better than not at all! Just set small realistic goals to begin with, and build on your success!

Stay motivated...if your campus has a training room, see if you can do 10 or 20 minutes here or there! More convenient for a busy schedule!

hmmm...can you invest in some bar bells? Calsthenics, and different bar bell exercises, along with the 50 push up challenge at home can do alot. just take it slowly! message me for program modifications!
