What kind of advice are you looking for? In-app, health, fitness, "where to start on a routine", or are you just testing the msg forum?

Here are some workouts from my like list. Stuff like this was good for me when I was starting out.

If motivation is an issue, try finding short workouts (you can search using the filter for time) that are easy to mentally commit to. After that, momentum starts building and it's easier to keep going.
