New to Trainer. All tips welcome

I have a 2 year old and I'm in school full time; my days seem never ending between mommy duties, house chores and homework. Tips on how to stay motivated and best workout videos for toning up the body? Thanks in advance.

The hardest thing will be staying consistent.

For motivation, I suggest thinking about and writing down WHY you want to workout and visualise how you would feel once you achieve your desired goals  (this will also help your subconscious). 

Also it's good to follow and learn from others. I can recommend Bella Rahbek if you want to have a look at her YouTube and Insta gram. She's really good! 

And just know that if u don't have time, doing even 10 minutes a day will be worth it in the long run. And eventually if u can continue for a certain period of time, it will become habitual and u won't struggle with motivation as much.
