Hey everyone. I have done the yoyo weight for too long. Ready to lose it for good. My first goal is 50 lbs. Anyone out there trying to lose that much who wants to join me and keep each other on track? You can never have too much support. Keep up the hard work everyone! Let's start this week out right.

Right here! Sw 282 lbs.... cw: 237 lbs.... goal weight: 180 lbs then go from there!

50 lbs to go

yes! i had a baby 6 weeks ago. once my dr says to workout more, I'll be ready. taking it slow atm!

Congrats! i had my baby over 9 years ago haha. i am smaller now than i was when i got pregnant with her. slow is good. dont over do it. perfect time with summer here, you can take your little one on walks.

yes it does. the only way to lose weight is slowly, if it comes off fast, its gonna come back. and thank, honestly, my profile picture os all about angle. it i had taken the pic straight on, i wouldnt look as good haha.

Angela, I'm also doing my workouts from home. I have some basic equipment, but in all honesty, determination and your own body weight is all you need to improve your already bikini ready body.

Hi guys, new here. Was put on meds and gained about 70lbs. Here to lose it all and be able to breathe and be healthy. Starting weight was 210, been at it for 3 weeks now down to 200, need to get to 160 for first goal then 140. Would love some support and friends.

I have lost, gained, lost, and gained back due to my lack of commitment. I feel I am ready this time. I hope I can find friends and stay active.

SW: 265
CW: 253
GW: 150

I have a big goal, so my goal currently is to get out of the 200s. I will do it, I hope I find someone who is active that I can be friends/active with.

Let's see progress!
