Any ideas?

Eat But eat good things for calories, not chips and soda. Try to eat a healthy snack between meals too. This is all depending on what your goal is of course. Muscle strengthening is great to do, muscle weighs more then fat

quinoa, peanut butter, bread and rice (assuming you dont have pre-existing health conditions) potatoes, meats, snack on raisins, dry fruit...
