looking for workouts

Hi,

I have a badly broken right wrist that I'm waiting for surgery on over a year later. I can't flex my hand and/or take weight on it. So no push ups etc. I can hold a 1kg dumbell. Is there a way of searching or general workouts that don't involve taking your weight on your hand without going through each individual one? My aim is general fitness and toning cardio etc.
