Is there any way for me to train my flexibilty as a martial arts student(karatate)

I find this app good and i not sure if doing yoga will help me in my flexibilty... though walls drills would help me kick high .. but i lack of flexibitly. Anyone keen to teach me some flexibilty workout to keep me flexible and moving my leg high... plz gmail me @hengyi93@gmail.com or comment here. (P.s it best if u are martial arts instructor).

oh thank rudy r.. been thinking of that... but any like basic strech for yoga as i have stiff legs.
