I am saving my money so I'm not spending anything for a few weeks. But for a few workouts, (deadlifts for example) you need dumbells. Is there anything i could use instead as substitutes? :)
Soup cans can work lol or if you have any free weights lying around. If you dont have those then you could start by perfecting your form on your lifts and use no weights. As long as you focus on the muscle group and stress(flex) it you will be getting some work done.
I'm pretty clumsy when doing squats and lifts etc. Haha. But thanks, I can try work on it. :)

That would involve purchasing paint buckets. Haha :P
Couple of water bottles, 500ml or 750ml depending. Or fill with sand or small stones... Good luck!
Resistance bands are great for doing everything you need to work on shoulders arms back triceps
Hahaha this happened to me on monday when my gym was closed and I needed to do some weightlifting sooo I went to my garage and found buckets of paint, gallons of car polisher, packs of soda, a cooler to lay on lol and some chairs for my dips.. so I became creative with my workout and turn out a good one ;) good luck!
My gym teacher always had us being in 16 oz. cans.
