I am saving my money so I'm not spending anything for a few weeks. But for a few workouts, (deadlifts for example) you need dumbells. Is there anything i could use instead as substitutes? :)

Soup cans can work lol or if you have any free weights lying around. If you dont have those then you could start by perfecting your form on your lifts and use no weights. As long as you focus on the muscle group and stress(flex) it you will be getting some work done.

I have used these kind of things...gallon jugs, 5 gallon buckets, cinder blocks, stuffed backpack, and heavy tree limbs. Good luck!

I'm pretty clumsy when doing squats and lifts etc. Haha. But thanks, I can try work on it. :)

The stuffed backpack is a great idea. Just put a bunch of books or something heavy in it

Couple of water bottles, 500ml or 750ml depending. Or fill with sand or small stones... Good luck!
