So... I go to the gym all the time. How do I add my workouts here?

I used to be a lot more concerned with logging my workouts on here but eventually it became more of a hassle than it was worth, to me.
That being said:
You have a couple different options:
Create a new workout and try to make it as close to what you did, and then log that workout. There is a button for just logging a finished workout rather than going through it and waiting for it to finish. You can get even more involved, get a pro account, and custom create all the exercises you do so that you're sure they are the same.
Or you can create a very simple workout that is either approximately the same length as what you did, or just a simple 5 minutes or some short easy increment, and log that, explaining the specifics of the exercises in the comments. This is a bit easier in some ways, and more versatile down the road when you do a different workout.

Thank you! Also, when we jump rope or push up, often we count reps, not time. I may just not know what I am doing yet, but it seems creating a workout didn't have that option. I created a really bad one . I did NOT do it correctly. So, I there is a finished workout option?

For jump rope, when you are adding a new exercise, change the exercise creator from "workout trainer" to "all" which allows you to see all the user created custom exercises, and there is at least one option called "jump rope reps" which allows you to set a reps number if you check that option.
