hi I'm new to this app thingy, I downloaded it yesterday, but used it this morning! I've just started my journey to lose 40 pounds and I would love motivation from anyone on here, I feel like that will keep me focused and to never give up! (I've been meaning to lose weight since last August, but I had no motivation!) This time, I want it to be different:D

Tyesha.. If yu want motivation.. Then yu must think: if i dont train and keep getting weight.. Then i will be very fatty, i will be slow, my beauty will be less, i will sweat faster, i will have problems with jobs. When yu think about that.. You will get motivation to work and do sport to get a normal healthy shape. Always think about the END result. Dont think too much.. Just start sport.. Because the more you dont play sport.. The more you get lazy and the less motivation!!
