Ok so this is how its going..this is my second day of diet and exercise. I have a few questions.. first i am currently doing a 1200 calorie intake at this point my question is if i have plenty of calories left over at the end of the day is it bad to snack. I have like two or three hundred calories left and generally get the munchies later in the evening. ( i also did have three meals today) also how effective is the zumba taebo and brlky dancing on fat burning ????
Ok i was asking about the snacking because you always hear people saying dont eat after dark or you wont lose weight so i was very confused..thanks anthony
