Your next workout should be next day, REAL EASY. Just to get your blood flowing.
Achy muscles. How brave are you. With your clothes on make a cold bath and sit in it. Have someone put 3 dozen ice-cubes in tub with you in it. Sit for 10 minutes, keep your screaming to a minimum. Empty tub and take a hot shower. Lactate acid will be gone. G.L.
Soaking is your friend. Ease up for a day or two to give your body to recover. Incorporate some yoga into your routine. Massages to the sore muscles will help ease pain, as well.
Make sure you have 1-3 days of rest between workouts and don't try anything you can't take! Also make sure you eat a lot of fruit and veg, stretch regularly and you will be alright! It's hard at the start, but if you don't give up you will be rewarded. π
I don't know if you drink protein shakes. If you do, you can drink one after workouts. That way, it helps your muscles recover faster
Stretch before and after workouts. That helps a lot. I didn't for a while and paid dearly for it. Also, you can take rest days or make them stretch or yoga days. There are some great stretching and yoga exercises that you can do here as well
Ice where it hurts for 20~40 minutes depending on where its sore after working out and steetching and try stretching before and after workouts:) take a heat or warm bath for 10~15 minutes before workouts to get blood flow then warn up stretch amd workout
Streach before u do ur workouts it would be alot better for ya because that is what i do!!'
Do a less intense workout session and stretch before exercisingπ
Stretch it out! Start stretching before and after working out. Always helps me :)
