Eat lots of calories and have two upper/lower heavy lifting days and two upper/lower hypertrophy days. On days in between hit cardio and core! Rest on Sunday!

Just make sure the calories you consume are not from chips, sodas and junk food lol! Eat healthy fruits, whole grains and veggies!

No worries my whole family are health freaks. We do the keto diet and no breads ect

I said you hurt when u do sit ups and crunches well maybe u ain't in the right position. So when you do them try to make your back straight so your bones aren't curved that makes your bones hurt and also breath.!?
