I used to weigh 230 lbs and exercised 70 lbs off. I can relate that stretch marks and flabs may happen as an aftermath. I would suggest not to speed up the weight loss so that you need not worry about the flabs and or stretch marks. I am not an expert but I do suggest you lose the weight with baby step goals like maybe 2 lbs every 10 days. The real challenge is maintaining the desired weight. It's a lifestyle change in the long run. Congratulations on losing so much weight. I wish you the best in your maintenance phase.

Hello. I recently lost 90 pounds and have 60 to go and don't want to end up with flab. So, I need motivation help. Any groups out there for that? No, I didn't get surgery, I refuse to for my own personal reasons and no others. It just isn't for me. I just decided I wasn't going to hide behind fat anymore.

Great job, keep up the awesome work, I am my husband know how it is, I lost 45lbs. with 5 more to go. My husband lost 230lbs total, we are supporting each other. Love the programs.
