Ok guys. So my second child is going to be 8 months and i really need advise on how to lose it all again. This use to be so easy for me. It use to come to me like a first language. I havent worked out in FIVE years. I am so ashamed of this. Now im starting all over and once again have no idea where to begin.

thanks. im going to begin tonight. my daughter (4) likes to workout with me so we are going together. obviously baby weights (foam) for her. im trying to get back into all of it. just dont really know where to begin.

Hey I'm kind of in the same boat. I just had my 3rd baby 3 months ago, but I worked out until I was 7 months pregnant. But I feel like my stomach should of gone back by now? So I've tweecked my diet and am planning on adding more cardio. I read that the diet is SO important, so more small meals throughout the day but cut down on calories, eat healthy, no soda, Gatorade is a bad idea, limit desserts meats and potatoes, that kind of thing.
