How did you loose 5 pounds in two weeks? I need to loose 7 or 8 pounds. 👎

Hi! Pretty much counting calories and eating clean lots of veggies :) but member it depends on ur starting weight too...I probably have more to lose than u so give it time it doea come off ! Best of luck!!

Watch very closely and keep track of what you eat ! I kept my self under a 1500 calorie diet everyday.
