I'm trying gain muscle rather than lose weight. How much should I be eating. I'm doing about 100 push ups and sit ups, 100 meters freestyle, 4 kms runnings and workouts on this app some days plus two + hours of sport a day

Well since you're playing sports and highly active you can eat more. But if you want to gain muscle you should probably do more weights than cardio
