Ok ok, I don't want to lose any pounds. I just want some muscle hear and there.

Adding muscle will require working out, which will in turn burn calories. You need to make sure you're getting enough calories throughout your day, including carbs to fuel you, proteins for muscle building, and fruits and veggies for nutrients. Dont eat junk food because you think it will help you stay bigger! Eat more healthy food instead :). Do sets of workouts that you can do 8 to 12 repetitions of, and work your way up to doing more and more sets, then more and more weight/resistance or harder moves
