Today was rough sore wanting to stop. NEVER!! Motivated walked around my park twice. Got home 20 minutes of cardio. Hot bath, massage cup of tea with honey..stay positive :-)

Omg I'm11 years old and 137 lb. I have been doin this thing for four day. in need of candy and McDonald's maybe just a nibble no must be strong omg my text is pink any who I need to work out for 30 min a dayCasual Full Body

New for me also! It's a week now and I am so motivated. Going for my walk around the park...2 Times around. Then about 20 min. cardio. I am 57 years old weigh 207 pounds have health issues. Nothing and no one will STOP ME

Worked out today: Insanity; plyometric cardiovascular workout
It was hard. I'm so out of shape, but I won't be for long. I'm motivated. Push Push Push! Let's get it!
