Whats the best workout for them inner thighs? I havr to be careful though i tore my groin from gymnastics

Lunges are good but rough on the body .. try bicycle ..lay on your back

With a groin injury almost everything will hurt. Squats, squat pulses, squat jumps, and shuffle exercises are the best ones that I can think of. Make sure to rest up the groin injury and stretch well before u workout ;)

Squats, Lunges, flutter kicks, bicycle abs. All those are great. Also, I would say Plank hop outs. Bridge pose, child pose and frog pose for stretching
