I like your picture! You could start by watching what you eat then cut back on certain foods such as sugar, processed foods ect add more fruits and vegetables water and tea and workout 3-6 times a week and the weight will be gone in no time! Hope I was a little :-)

I have found while eating out, I order half to go while ordering. Portions are too big. Spread that meal out. Better for the metabilsm. Eat the whole meal and it doesnt do me any good.
