Hello all!! I'm Char, new to this exciting world of exercise. I never enjoyed working out but I am getting older and my stamina isn't what it used to be. I know I need to lose a few inches here and there. I've never really been dissatisfied with my weight but I know losing a few pounds is better for my health and will make shopping so much easier! I am about 180 lbs and my goal is to lose at least 30 pounds before summer!! Any words of encouragement are welcome... Help me!!!

I like your picture! You could start by watching what you eat then cut back on certain foods such as sugar, processed foods ect add more fruits and vegetables water and tea and workout 3-6 times a week and the weight will be gone in no time!  Hope I was a little :-)

Thank you!!! I appreciate it!! I am a junk food lover so I know that's going to be my biggest challenge. I am in the process of creating some meal plans to eat more healthy. I also plan to cut out sodas and juice, chips, chocolate and fried foods.

I have found while eating out, I order half to go while ordering. Portions are too big. Spread that meal out. Better for the metabilsm.  Eat the whole meal and it doesnt do me any good.

I think that's a good idea! Thanks! Lately I've been cutting down portions by eating my meals off saucers instead of big dinner plates.

I've officially completed day #1! Morning workout was great! No junk food, no soda! I only ate my planned meals and drunk almost 2 liters of water!!
