How much time do you spend exercising?
Just wondering how much time everyone spends exercising? Trying to lose weight? Get toned? Which program are you using and is it working for you?
It varies. I try to do at least thirty minutes a day, but if the weather is cooperative, I spend at least an hour running on top of that.
In addition to running, I do a couple rounds of yoga, Fat Burner Deluxe or Chiseling Cardio Fix along with some ab or core exercises, usually Core the Pilates Way, 5 Min Arms & Abs or Core Abs & Stretches. I also throw Cut and Chiseled into the mix every other day or so.
1 hour and getting ready to start tapout XT tomorrow
2 hrs a day, 7 days a week at the gym and then do some small things at home when the kids are in bed...or I will do plank challenges and ab work while I'm watching my kids on the tub. :)
Hi! You are new here? Well, i have been told by instructors at the gym, 30 - 45 min a day. If you are alone. But, if you have a friend whit you it,s normal to use at least 60 - 90 min a day. Try then to do xzercises when friend take a brake.

it seems i only get to the gym four times a week though
3+ hrs/day and 6 days/week. Every muscle group twice per week.
