Just wondering how much time everyone spends exercising? Trying to lose weight? Get toned? Which program are you using and is it working for you?

I'm jumping everyday 1000 times up and down for like 15 weeks now. A lot of people who didn't see me for these weeks say i've lost some weight :D

I'm not doing this all at one time. If I have to go to the toilet, I'm jumping 200 times. If I'm going to take a shower, I'm jumping 300 times before and 200 times after. Some things like that. That's a lot easyer than all at one time. At the end of te day I will be shore I've jumped 1000 times

It varies. I try to do at least thirty minutes a day, but if the weather is cooperative, I spend at least an hour running on top of that.

In addition to running, I do a couple rounds of yoga, Fat Burner Deluxe or Chiseling Cardio Fix along with some ab or core exercises, usually Core the Pilates Way, 5 Min Arms & Abs or Core Abs & Stretches. I also throw Cut and Chiseled into the mix every other day or so.

2 hrs a day, 7 days a week at the gym and then do some small things at home when the kids are in bed...or I will do plank challenges and ab work while I'm watching my kids on the tub. :)

I average about 1 hr a day, but can go over 2 hrs if I'm in the mood or feeling strong that day.. If you've looking for a program here are some:
Yoga, stretching - 20 mins - over 100 yoga workouts here in the trainer
Weights 15 mins - bodyweight workouts work too!
Cardio 20 mins - again, 100's of cardio workouts here
Just put wat u want to do in the workout search and press Go!! Good luck!!

Hi! You are new here? Well, i have been told by instructors at the gym, 30 - 45 min a day. If you are alone. But, if you have a friend whit you it,s normal to use at least 60 - 90 min a day. Try then to do xzercises when friend take a brake.

I stick to thirty mins so that I enjoy the workout and it also allows me to avoid dreading the workout.  For non-gym days, I'm using the 6 pack abs program ($9.99), I'm into week seven and def feeling and seeing results.
