How to loose the belly!

Hi all , just signed up , I've always carried extra weight on my belly even though the rest of me ain't that bad...can anyone suggest a good work out that might help?

In my own experience interval type cardio works best for losing the belly fat. That and diet will do more than anything. Once you lose some of the belly then add in some core work to tighten up. Good luck!!!

Cardio, cardio,and more cardio. There's no such thing as spot reduction. Look up and read up on cardiovascular training.
