Been using it for the last month or so and I have to say its probably one of the best apps out there. Just stick to it and make your daily enteries. One thing I recommend doing as well is do some research on different food types and about calories and your metabolism. This will help you do better food choices and help you with your grocery shoping. Trying diet for a few weeks first before starting exercise program as this will let your body adjust. The last thing you want is to work out and feel even more hungry right off the start. Good luck!
