Sitting at a desk all day?

Like many of us who work 9-5 jobs, we don't get much physical activity unless we make an effort to make it a priority. Today, I may or may not workout but healthy snacks at my desk are a MUST! Try eating apples, carrot sticks, granola to munch on. Necessary vitamins and minerals to keep you focused, full and cure your sugar cravings.

Totally agree. I also do 5-minute calisthenic workouts in the office about 4 times per day when I can't go run on my lunch break. Even with an office job, staying fit can be done!

Yes, sitting all day, for shure. Not by a desk but in a car. I am a cab driver. Hehe not much place around me............
