You guys should check out this youtube channel. They have free full video workouts uploaded on their channel. I just did a hiit workout earlier. You can build your own program on the videos they have. Just search them on youtube. Their workouts are great! I'm glad I found them. I know it sounds like a promotion. Lol. They also give advices. If you do check them out, let me know. :) I just wanted to share my discovery.

I also discovered this great site lately..amazing workouts and very doable... Also gives range if expected calorie burn with each workout...superb..highly recommended.

Daily Workout Tips:
1.Yoga (30.min)
2.Gym (1 Hour)
3.Eating Healthy Food
4.Rest (Sleep) Repeat whole 1 to 4 Daily...Take Care :)
