Browse the workouts and start by doing the casual ones if you're really just starting. If you're already active then you can do the moderate excercises. Start by stretching and doing a warm up to increase your heart rate and to prevent injuries.

Oh, and after your workout you also want to stretch after to cool down so that your heart rate goes back to normal.
