If you want to do the 600 calories/day you have two options...eat nothing all day and then have a 600 cal dinner or do what I was doing where you spread it through the day. Eat clean, so like lean proteins, nuts (almonds) and fresh veggies...I prefer dark greens bc they are full of vitamins. Drink water whenever you feel hungry and put some lemon in it, you can also drink green tea :)

Honestly, I don't look at the points at all. Most of the workouts I do are not skimble related.

I do Skimble workouts PLUS my own things. I incorporate both into my daily gym routine...the points are nice bc you are seeing some kind of instant gratification seeing them go up. It's purely for the psyche lol.
