My friend and i did this workout today that i made for us and he threw up and i got a little dizzy but it was fun and felt great after! We set a distance about 50 feet and sprinted there and back, 15 crunches, sprint, 15 frog jumps, sprint, 15 russian twists, sprint, 30 second plank, then one more sprint. Did 4 sets and try to go faster each time!
One time i ran 3 miles without stopping. Thats not hard for an athlete but i m not an athlete so it was pretty damn hard
Waking up makes working out seem like a cake walk.
