so here I am. A newbie. I have never liked gyms as im self concious. Im a 31 year old mother of 2. A 5 year old and 4 year old.
Im Australian and wold love too chat too others about their journey from couch potato too fit n healthy. I was 79kgs just 5 months ago and am now 59kgs. I now want to tone up and be more active.
I walk every weekday to get my daughter from school. 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back with one decent hill.
I have a Cardio Twister machine I really enjoy giving myself a workout on.
I eat pretty well with some exclusions on occasions. But find I do best with only 2 meals a day. lunch and dinner. With a small snack in between occasionally. However I dont do diet plans as I definatley dont want to lose weight. Im aiming too tone up and raise my fitness level more then lose weight.
I am Austrian, but they all think I'm also Australian. :-)
