Hey guys i'm new here! I would like to get some good tips that will help me get good results! Btw, i weigh 126 and i'm 14! Would like to have flat stomach, thin calves and thighs and arms, and also a little bit more thin face! I need motivation but i just dont know what it is yet! Give me tips and motivation and tell me ur best workout! Thx!
