Tried stairs intervals, and only got half way through 11 minutes. I want to make it my goal on here to finish 11 minutes by next weekend.

Anyone make similar goals?

I've worked out 6 days in a row now. My main goal to achieve is to workout everyday and give it my all.

Ones for flatter stomach, slimmer thighs, and a more toned butt :) you?

Mostly my thighs. I've lost the other ones already, and thighs is the last to go away.

Today, I was able to do 1 minute more than yesterday.  Got sweaty in 7 minutes,  amazing.

Just do the exercises at a pace you can maintain and you'll make gains quickly keep it up

Don,t worry, you have to start somewhere. There is more people worse off than you sitting on the couch. You have only to get better, get going.

True. I find dieting much easier than the exercise. By getting started, I'll be better off.
