Tried stairs intervals, and only got half way through 11 minutes. I want to make it my goal on here to finish 11 minutes by next weekend.
Anyone make similar goals?

Today, I was able to do 1 minute more than yesterday. Got sweaty in 7 minutes, amazing.
Just do the exercises at a pace you can maintain and you'll make gains quickly keep it up
