Lose 35lbs in a month?

Hey guys, my name is Alexandria, but I go by Alex. I just started a few different programs. I'm 16 and I weigh 145lbs... I hate my body. No one really understands, because to most, I'm small, but they don't see what I see. 6 months ago I met the love of my life <3 we have been together for 4 months now, I know to most people that's not very long... But they have been the best 4 months of my life. He has an amazing body!!! I just want to look good for him... He says I'm beautiful all the time, but I want to believe it too. I feel like if I lost at least 35lbs, I would be a lot more confident with myself!! So if anyone could help it would be much appreciated!!! Thanks! :)

I understand! I was 110 pounds and then i gained 60 pounds after i started high school. Not im just wanting to lose the weight! We can be fitness buddies!:)

U dont look like u have to lose 35 pounds in ur pic, people tend to weigh more when they have muscle mass as muscle weighs more than fat, u should just workout and enjoy it without adding the stress of losing so muvh weight in a month

Lol well thanks :p but I have big thighs and my butt is too wide, I just wanna have a better shaped body :)

hey! im in the exact same boat! I wanna lose my thunder thighs and big butt now that im in a new relationship thats all I really care for but we just gotta keep on working out and eating healthy and before we know it we'll both reach out goal! good luck too you!

In a month? We all wish it was that easy! You have to first know you're beautiful just like you are and then you start working out when you can and making healthier choices when you eat without puttinh too much stress on yourself because sometimes that keeps u from losing weight. Have in ur mind how u want to look and u will c that u will get there not in a month but soon if u just do what i said first. And i can relate to u, after i had my baby i was 164lbs and im short plus my bf is a bodybuilder so i know how u feel! Im 117lbs right now i only have 2 more lbs to go.
