So Im in need of some motivation, Im a wildland fire fighter an as the seasons coming up I need to get back on schudule to keep up with the boys, Ive been going on runs but not frequently, I was hoping this app would help keep me on track an get some motivation from others, Im trying to shed a frew extra lbs, but most importantly get back in shape for work. It be nice to have someone who is actively working out keep me on track !
I had trouble getting motivated to run (and keep doing it). I'd run a mile or so and I was bored. It didn't matter if I was listening to music or whatever. I had registered for a 5K and that was the only thing that kept me running once a week-- barely.
I finally decided to try a game, Zombies, Run!, to keep me entertained and motivated while I ran. It kept me running until it became a habit and now I run 5K or more almost every day.
