New & want friends

Hey, I'm lamide and I'm 18, 5.6 and weigh 157-158lbs
I'm not marjorly overweight but I still am. My goal is to be 148lbs and most importantly FIT!! Need a lot of motivation & friends support to achieve it as I just give up if I don't see results as quick as I'd like lol.
Soo anyone wana be friends aha

Most def. sticking to the full plan. I am 26, 5'1" weigh 190. Lost 9lbs, but that's all. Ready to kick start to see real results!

Heyy guysss :) I had a good workout day today! Hours gym & an hours summing! How was your day? P.s. anyone got any meal ideas for a terrible cook like me? Lol x
