Any tips? Recommended workouts?

Welcome hope you enjoy the app and good luck with your goals. My favorite workout is "I just kept running." I love running it challenges you to run consecutively for an hour.

Find some people that seem motivated. Follow them. Try some things they are trying and also experiment.  That bootcamp workout sounds pretty intense, How was it?
