Getting back in it

I have not worked out for like 4 yrs. I did last yr with a friend for like 2 weeks then stopped i am 175 now with no musscle im gonna get back into it. I have started doing 50 crunches and 30 push ups day and night and doing some work ohts here what else.

If you're getting back into it, interval training can be great. Try doing a set of ten pushups six to ten times a day. Minimal time commitment but it gets your body used to the activity. After a week or two, up it to twenty, and so on.
