30 day plank challenge

Challenge is to do 10 minutes of planks a day for 30 days. It don't matter what kind of plank as long as u plank for 10 minutes. It does not have to be 10 minutes at once just a total of 10 in a day. If u do it religiously for 30 days u should lose 3 inches around your waist and tone up. Good luck :)
