I have heard trainers say that you are not even allow fruit but one day a week. That said, if you are going to eat fruit, eat the real thing. The pectin in apple skin will keep you fuller longer, and raspberries are part of the Men's Health Abs Diet.

As long as its with 100% juice yes, sorry but you do need fruit daily just like you need vegetables daily. Because you next the extra protien and potassium.

I try stay away from premade stuff and can foods. Eat the real healthy stuff!
