I shoot for 1hr give or take
2-2 1/2 hrs a day at the gym plus workouts throughout the day at home :) 6-7 days a week!!!!
I usually workout for about 1.5 hours every day -- 1 hour in the morning, and 30 minutes before hitting the hay. But eversince I got this app, it varies.
On lazy days 30 minutes, on determined days almost 2 hrs. Im really trying to tone up for summer!
