I workout about 1 hr a day

Yea basically 1 hr to 2 ill do one hr when i wake up and 1 hr b4 i go Nite Nite lol

I second this. No more than half hour daily unless its the weekend. Then possibly an hour or so

2-2 1/2 hrs a day at the gym plus workouts throughout the day at home :) 6-7 days a week!!!!

I usually workout for about 1.5 hours every day -- 1 hour in the morning, and 30 minutes before hitting the hay. But eversince I got this app, it varies.

On lazy days 30 minutes, on determined days almost 2 hrs. Im really trying to tone up for summer!

Usually 40 minutes of cardio and lifting takes about 30 minutes. Lift 5x a week cardio 6-7x

Shana that's every day, try to do at least 45 minutes to an hr a day strength training with cardio, get good results

I do 4hrs a day ( with breaks inbetween ) and I do 2hrs on the weekend....Including yoga which I started a month ago
