I'll give you the best advice anyone ever gave me.

Run, not because you're fat but because it feels good to make your heart race.
Eat good food, because you deserve it.
Work hard, not because you hate yourself, but because you love yourself. Stay fit because you ARE a healthy person!

Thinking like that gets me going everyday!
