Ive been using this app for a little while now and absolutely love it but i recently discovered another free app and wanted to share it with everyone that has an iphone!
Its called mapmyrun. I try to run everyday and always take my iphone along so i can listen to my music, while im running this app tracks my exact route via GPS... It calculates your pace and total time as well its absolutely awesome for someone trying to get a faster time, increase cardio, track your routes etc. It also allows you to punch in what food ou have eaten which subtracts off your daily total of calories and keeps track of everything! I would recommend it along with this app to anyone! If anyone else has any kther fav apps i would love to hear them!
