Well like it says I'm new here tried a few workouts with a friend and felt the pain next day. Lol I don't weigh a lot I just wanna loose the belly fat I've got and get back in shape my legs, thighs, core..anybody have any advice or recommends a certain workout? Please lol

I did p90x a few months ago it worked really well, i kinda fell off tho lol, but ill def let u know :) g'luck to u as well
