Thin but want to be fit

I have always been very thin but i have recently gained a little weight.. so i don't wanna lose any weight but would like to keep fit by exercising.. any tips on how i should do that?

Check out nowloss.com for a few workouts that u can do at home should be enough to stay fit or run ur way to fitness nothing better than running.

Eat healthy with lots of protein, and weight training, add a little cardio to desired tone is attained.

are there any exercises which i shouldn't do? because i really don't need weight loss.. 😼

Then do minimal cardio workouts more of strengthening workouts which most of the exercises on the app are.
